Raman Villa rents as a whole and not by the room. With 5 bedrooms and nearly 6000+ square feet spread over 2 floors, it has more than enough space for 2 families of 4 each to enjoy the residence, with privacy for all.
It is available for short and long lets, with a minimum stay of 5 days required.
Raman Villa’s tariff is as follows:
Rental
For a 5-day package, breakfast included for a max of 8 persons, INR 125,000.
If the villa is taken for more than 5 days, then the tariff is INR 125,000 plus INR 22,500 per day thereafter.
Breakages will be deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellation is without charge if done 10 days in advance.
Coffee, tea and soft drinks included.
Security deposit of INR 25,000 to be deposited along with the entire minimum fee of INR 125,000 up front.
Special packages may be worked out if the stay will exceed 10 days.
Cancellation within a 10-day period to start date will attract a penalty of INR 25,000.
